MassHealth members can choose to see any dentist in the MassHealth network. No claim forms are required, and no referrals are required for specialty care. Your MassHealth coverage offers the following benefits:

• Oral exams
• Cleanings
• X-Rays
• Fillings
• Extractions
• Partial And Full Dentures
• Root Canals
• Crowns
• Oral Surgery
• Orthodontic Services (Under 21 Only with prior authorization)

If you have MassHealth limited and CMSP coverage types, your benefit is different from the list above. Please review your benefits at mass.gov.

Covered services at participating dentists are provided at no cost to MassHealth members. You may have to pay for services if the service is provided by a dentist that does not participate in the MassHealth Dental network.
