Dental Benefit Management, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, doing business as BeneCare Dental Plans (hereinafter “DBMI” or “BeneCare”), administers the MassHealth Dental Program (MassHDP) through contract with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services  (EOHHS). 

DBMI maintains this MassDHP website as a service to members, providers and community partners connected with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts MassHealth Program, the Children’s Medical Security Plan (CMSP), and the Health Safety Net (HSN). The Dental Program provided to eligible members under the MassHealth, the CMSP, and the HSN is collectively described as the MassHealth  Dental Program. MassDHP, which administers the MassHealth Dental Program, is administered by DBMI under a contract with the EOHHS.

Intellectual Property 

DBMI owns the rights to the “BeneCare” and “BeneCare Dental Plans” trademarks and associated intellectual property, which its affiliated carriers, including but not necessarily limited to Atlantic Southern Dental Foundation (ASDF) and Connecticut Dental Practice Organization, Inc. (CDPO), use under license. You should assume that everything you see or read on the Site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and may not be used without the written permission of DBMI, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions or in the text. DBMI neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on the Site will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with DBMI. Any third-party use of the BeneCare marks, the MassDHP name or marks, or other intellectual property found on this website is prohibited unless such use has received prior written consent by DBMI and, in the case of the MassDHP name or marks, the prior written consent of EOHHS. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, whether registered, common-law, or otherwise, displayed on the Site without the written permission of DBMI, EOHHS (when applicable), or such third party that may own the trademarks displayed on the Site.
